Cubaan Berdiet Secara Gemilang

Azam tahun ni terbabas. Berat I tak turun langsung pun. Naik macam hape tah! Samani, dah berapa bulan ni yang. Tasha's solemnization was held on March 23rd and her reception is on April 6th. Oh maiiii, I should stop my eating habit and go buy some corset or girdle or whatever to cover up my FATS! This is very bad. I nak sambung makan Xenical tapi risau dengan keadaan diri. Rasanya takpe kot sebab bila stop 2 atau 3 hari Xenical maka tiadalah najis-najis minyak menyelubungi punggung suci hahaha.

For the time being I cuba berdiet sendiri tanpa apa-apa supplement mengganggu. Pagi dengan jayanya I amik heavy breakfast, like this morning my breakfast was fried rice with chicken and I took Anlene for my drink. Kind of hungry after a few hours but I managed to control it. In the afternoon I only took Mee Goreng Segera Ibumie which is NOT GOOD for our health. I wanted to take some fruits but Ayah was eating nangka this afternoon and I can't have it. Ok, I saw papayas inside the fridge.

I sepatutnya bersenam petang ni tapi desakan tugas memaksa I untuk memendam rasa untuk aerobic di Tepian Gelanggang, Paroi. Oh ye, pada beginner yang malu-malu dan segan-segan nak pergi sorang ke Tepian Gelanggang dan tak tau jam berapa selalunya mereka start melompat, waktunya seperti ketetapan berikut : Isnin, Rabu dan Jumaat akan berlangsung jam 6.00 petang manakala Selasa akan diadakan malam jam 9.00 malam dan hari minggu I tak tau sebab tak pernah bangun awal :D dengar cerita weekend mereka aerobic pagi. If I'm not mistaken ye girls :)

I also found something new, its all about the Zumba Class by Kak Eija of JKR. Sebenarnya kakak ni memang mengajar aerobic since zaman sebelum I further study about 4 to 5 years ago. Lepas I study terus hilang ingatan dah tak pergi ke kelas kakak ni dan tiba-tiba dia menjadi satu opis dengan I, apalagi...! Bertubi-tubi soalan I tanye pasal kelasnya. I berminat! 

Jom kita tengok ada apa-apa perubahan tak nanti :) I dah tak larat dengan baju yang ketat di bahagian hips dan lengan. I dah tak larat nak mengah bila naik tangga di office. Tuhan... tolong.... Serius ni.
